Wendy's

Food was hot and good but staff made me feel totally insignificant. When I got to the final pick up window I was asked if what was in the bag with my order. And when I said it was she said thank you kind of threw the bag at me and all without her eyes turned around to the behind her. I'm sure in real life she's a very nice person she didn't seem rude or anything like that. But it was clear she was in a hurry which I don't really understand because there was only one car behind me no one else was waiting. I wouldn't mention it but it's happened a couple of times now. I appreciate them rushing to fill orders as quickly as possible but I don't really like having my food thrust at me real quick and sort of not even make an eye contact. Like I was just a thing being crossed off of a to-do list. Just something that maybe they need to remind their drive-thru people of.

This Wendy's never have anything when I go there. I recently stopped in for a Strawberry frosty unfortunately they didn't have any. I went ahead and ordered a chocolate frosty instead, just to hear the Manger tell the cashier they have to serve the drive thur first so I didn't get a frosty after all. No matter what time of the day it they never have baked potatoes either. I won't ever go back to this Wendy's.

It took 4 people to holla through the restaurant that sum1 was upfront needed waited on it took bout 10 me mins to actually b waited on they were dead no one in there I got an ice water n a small chicken sandwich which was cold and took another 5 mins to actually get to me at the counter because no one n I mean no one was actually in the kitchen!! Took two more people to say a sandwich needed to b made for front counter when that two weren't busy don't know y they couldn't have just done it would have been quicker!! But absolutely no one was in the kitchen and every single person that was there working that afternoon was on their phone wondering around being loud not abservant of customers nor what they r paid to b doing!! In my opinion every one that was there that afternoon on that shift should b fired!! Very rude no paper towels in bathrooms n no toilet paper in bathrooms that place should have been spotless and everything stocked as dead as they were!! I was so disgusted by the staff the disrespect n non lack of being noticed and waited on quickly in my life!! There was absolutely no excuse for none of it that day what so ever!!

We ordered 5 Biggie Bags, a Bourbon Bacon Combo and a Dave's Double. All of the fries and chicken nuggets were over cooked to the point that they were inedible. Ridiculous to pay that much and not be able to eat over half of what was ordered. This is not the first time this has happened at this establishment. Don't waste your money!!!
