Dunkin'

Waited 45 minutes for my coffee at front counter this morning, since the young woman working it figured to instead take the long line of customers (which took 20 minutes in and of itself) before making any drinks. And despite us being the first in that line to order, we were the last to get our drinks since she forgot to even make them, and did not even remember them, had to ask multiple times what they were. Very dissatisfied.

go to a different location. It would be nice if they hired employees that had some manners and not treat the customers like trash. Not the customers fault if they make your order wrong or give you a cup that leaks like all over you. Been going to this location for many years and it has gone down hill. I will drive to another Dunkin location before I go back to this one.i have never seen employees so disrespectful in my life. I have heard the employees swear right in front of little kids and when the place is packed, make rude comments about a customer's order with the customer standing right there.

Make sure you bring your own sugar! 9/10 times there is no sugar in the coffee or sugar out on the counter (unless you want the artificial kind). If you are able to get staff's attention, you'll get an attitude for asking for them to make it right or asking for sugar packets. Save your time and go to the other Dunkin in Saint Albans. Or save yourself all the hassle and go to the Dunkin in Swanton or Milton!

The last couple of times I went here, they got my order mixed up or completely wrong. I know mistakes happen but this was multiple times that this has occurred. Shawn usually is working the drive through window and is completely rude. He needs to learn manners and how to handle customers instead of talking back and making remarks. Overall, don’t go here unless you want to be treated like trash from a customers point of view. :)
