To be on the safe side I ordered online. I drove there to pick up my order, the woman yelled at me through the speaker because I didn’t understood her first. Not a professional behavior, but I don’t expect customer service on these days anymore. I went inside to pick up my order. 2 x 5 pcs. chicken tender combo with French fries and a soft drinks + a free sandwich. First she brought me only one combo, then the second with mashed potato. The sandwich with pickles instead as ordered without. I never received my soft drinks and I left, because I couldn’t handle this stupidly and bad treating anymore. Never again!!!

Surprise!!!!. It was actually good in flavour and was well fried no blood was leaking out of it. I purchased a 3 piece and a big tender burger. First impression of the store inside was as if I stepped back into time, which wasn't a bad thing. They had had a lot of old marketing pictures.. Staff "Mike" was attentive and our order was done in a timely manner.

It's slower than any other restaurant I've ever been too, not just "fast food". The Taco Bell side is frequently delayed up to 30 minutes, which is bizarre as it should mostly be cooked and assembly should be 10-15 seconds per taco or burrito.
If you see any cars waiting, go somewhere else.
Taco Bell should be literally printing money here, hire people at $20/hr who will work fast. 2 minute wait or your food is free.

NEED BETTER STAFF. Staff lately have been EXTREMELY rude and impatient. I understand that customer service is hard but when customers are being nice you don't get to have an attitude. Get orders wrong, or miss things every time we go.

My son Ordered online but showed up early to pick it up and flat out said we know we r early we will wait. the employees gave them a attitude started calling him and his GF names and swearing at them. They refused my son service wouldn’t give him his food or money back and called the cops all because he was their early to pick up his food! Terrible customer service!!!

It seems like everytime I come in they always mess up the most simple orders. The food edible that’s about most of the staff are rude and should be let go granted there is a couple good ones there but very few. If anyone orders here double check you get all your food because they will just take your money and throw whatever they have to you and pretend that it’s all there

I will never go to this dump of a "fast food" place again! Not once not twice but the last 3 times I went there they were either out of everything or there was a 20 to 25 minute wait! With literally 1 vehicle in the drive thru and one on the side. That establishment might have gotten a face lift but i promise you its still a joke! If I could I'd rate this place a negative 100 in would wothout a second thought!
