Friendly staff and the store is always clean. Doesn't seem like it gets that busy though. But the food is freshly cooked and the chips are nice but they can probably do a bit better with the chips. But overall I would go there again and get a meal.

I ordered off menu log today and the order went through despite the cut off time being 2pm. I decided to just go pick up my order because i had a house full of hungry kids, it wasnt a big deal i just didnt want to leave the house. Anyways the manager on duty was Sandy and she went above and beyond to make sure i was happy and threw in a few free treats. Fyi the buttermilk chicken wings were awesome! She handles tge situation with professionalism. If anyone orders off menu log and this happens to you, please be nice as its not redroosters fault its menulog.

Terrible service and food is even worse. Got a burger and the bun was stone cold and rock hard. The service from the girl was very dry and she didn't even smile once! Now I know why it's always dead there.

I went there with my partner on Sunday afternoon and ordered a large rooster roll combo and a flavour wrap combo large got our orders through drive through. at the speaker I asked for a large flavour combo I said to the girl no tomato add bacon and extra sauce got the extra sauce but no bacon and also to mention there was a white correction pen it looked like ( hard bits) it looked like it made me feel so sick. couldn’t do anything as I was already on the freeway on my way home as I live 2 hours away how disgusting is this never again will I go without out opening my wrap to check people plz be careful

It was the most awful chicken i ever had at a fast food restaurant in Melbourne. It was a cold and dry version of coles chicken(the ones on the hot racks). I have bought full chicken from coles at 80 percent discount, even those were much better...

Served cold not cooked food. Staff behind the counter yelling and screaming swearing amongst themselves. Do they have no respect for customers. No wander these places are going broke.

The food is quite pricier than most of the other fast food chains but their chicken tastes great. The Roxburgh Park location is also halal which is a great plus.

Lots of parking, rest rooms and seating. Very clean. Courteous staff. Low waiting time and really nice oven roasted chicken.
