The restaurant itself was lovely. Unfortunately they sat me in a position where they couldn’t see me, so I had to go to them. That defeats the purpose of eating in. The food has nice flavours. The portion of food is very small, when considering the price of the meal. To me, this is another example of a restaurant that needs to review their portion control. There was a lot of sauce, with with very little product. You pay for the product, that is what sustains you.

Great location along the Rockingham foreshore, quick turn around time, decent quantity, loved the sweet lassi! Definitely going back for more.

Good curry for takeaway- not good for dine in. The staff unfortunately did not have good communication and all curries came out with no rice and had to ask three times with 15 min wait for rice. Staff were abrupt and not helpful when politely asking multiple times for our order.
The staff also had fingers on the papadams when serving which was not hygienic.

Not bad but not great. The butter chicken had no spice and just tasted like tomato. Onion bajis were tasteless, same with samosas. I'm almost certain they are the frozen ones you get from spud shed... the lamb korma was beautiful though. Average rating... I've had MUCH better.

We’re staying in Rockingham for a couple of nights while traveling and ordered takeout from Spices on Ocean. Ordered goat curry, dahl makhani, veg jal frezi and garlic naan. All dishes were packed with flavour and plenty of spice. The goat curry was a standout. We over-ordered and there is enough leftover for another complete meal. Lovely counter staff.

Not a bad curry house! The food is very filling and doesn't leave you feeling sick after eating it, as some Indian restaurants do. The flavours are nice and fresh, though a little western. Definitely will be back to sample the menu further! Thanks guys!!

Very average food for the price and service was a bit slow. There are other much better and reasonably priced Indian Restaurants around

Food was good however portions have become smaller and I asked for few slices of onion which they used to give complimentary and they charged me 6.99 for literally 5 slices of onion...disgustig what a rip off...if they told me price upon order would have reconsidered.
