Applebee's

We had ordered off DoorDash and as soon as we opened the door the Buffalo sauce was everywhere in the bag. After we cleaned that up we realized they had missed a side and our drink was not there. The final straw was the long hair in my salad. Definitely not a great experience at all and we will not be eating here again.

I can’t express enough how refreshing it was to sit down at a restaurant and experience actual excellent service. Tara, our bartender was caring and knowledgeable of the specials and prices on everything we asked. She was attentive, had an amazing personality, and really made our visit worthwhile. The manager, Matthew, checked on us multiple times and made sure our order was made to perfection. It’s very rare these days to sit down somewhere and get treated like family. Applebee’s did that tonight for my family and I and we are so grateful! Will definitely be back!

No issue with food, but dining room seemed unkempt, and had a slight smell to it that you could pick up throughout entire restaurant! I used to love Applebee's, and it had been a while since I had been. Not saying I won't be back, but it seems like cleanliness and sanitation has went beyond the wayside at this location.

This place was absolutely disgusting!! My husband and I had taken our 4 year old granddaughter in there, and to start. I had to pick her up so she didn't touch anything. Then we ate, food was wrong and gross. Never seen the server Leena (close spelling) again. Was told she was on break, after she dropped a bag of white substance on the floor. The manager never even came by to apologize or anything. Then about 20 mins later,, not only did we get charged for our $50 in food. But $100 as well, to cover the table next to us. I went back into Restaurant, where the manager refused to come out and talk to us. Finally she did, after I had to say.... I was NOT LEAVING until she spoke to me. She told me to get over. I will NEVER go back, and until management and ALL staff is replaced. P.s the women pumping breast milk while smoking is gross. Poor baby drinking nicotine milk.

I am still struggling to see how they even have 4 stars to start with..they only have 4 servers that know their job!!! The management needs a serious kick out the door. It's more of a daycare than a family night out and I'm speaking of the staff..always a server complaining about something. I had a server tell me cooks always have to work longer shifts than normal so no wonder food takes forever. I wouldn't be working at a place where the managers don't know what an 8hr shift is..so it's their fault if they never have enough staff..people don't want to work in these conditions..staff needs sleep to work properly.. it's a restaurant not a factory
