They’re always super nice and amazing. Ignore the negative reviews from the impatient crybabies. The lines are moderately short to long because this place is amazing. They can’t help being amazing and attracting lots of people because they’re that. darn. good. The wait is always worth it because they never fail to deliver. During rushes it might take a bit longer than usual for them to get your drink made but it’s literally self explanatory why. This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them in Richmond Ky, Hazard Ky, Colorado, and California and I can proudly say this is the best Starbucks you’ll ever drink from. This place is the definition of “The best service in town”.

Amazing service at this Starbucks. One of my great friends’s favorite drink was off the menu. Luckily, Dylan was happy to help. The drinks are solid and the holiday drinks are great, but the day shift employee Pam is transphobic. I have had multiple friends who have their birth name on a credit or debit card and after she takes their name she marks it out and rewrites what’s on the card. Not good service and it makes no one want to come back. The other employees are very accommodating and sweet and always very attentive.

Horrible caramel macchiato. I go there EVERY DAY and the drink is either too watery or too milky or toooo sweet. There are only 2 people in the store that can make real drinks. Waste of money every time.

Great place since on campus, but they over charge for several drinks. If I order a coffee with coconut milk on the app or at a different store the price would be cheaper.
