This apartment complex built about 15 yrs ago is also known as Ganga Orchard. It has 8 Towers, each having 7 floors. It has 2/3 bhk apartments. Each floor has 4 flats. It has well maintained swimming pool, gym and a community hall. Membership of these included in maintenance charges. Area of 2 bhk flat is about 1000 sq ft. with a rental value of about Rs.32/34000,(furnished) per month inclusive of maintenance charges. Airport is 6km. It served with a developed market and good eateries in the proximity. Most of the flats have a view of pool and gym. Reasonably good apartments for small families.

Security check at gate.i had to provide basic details like name, number, wing name and flat no for entry. Overall, it is a high profile society with wonderful infrastructure.

Ganga Orchid is at a great location in Koregaon Park annexe. It has several buildings housing compact spaces. However the society does not allow you to pass through their gates even if you want to go into one of the buildings in the society. For eg. I wanted to enter Building E, but was conpelled to take a much longer route [ almost 3X the distance ] to enter Building E [ which has a separate entrance ]

The society is well maintained. It has Amenities like swimming pool , gym. Has good crowd of people . The only thing which is unsatisfying is the outside crowd and the area. If u are a bachelor this is the best place to live . But with family, it's vice-a-versa.

Its a big Soceity. Has great facilities. Views are good. Its greatest advantage is accessibility to near by shops. And also close to koregaon.
