Maratha Samrat

I have always avoided eating Mutton in Pune, because hotels in Pune have a very different style of cooking Mutton Curry. Coming from Sangli, we have a huge taste in the palette when it comes to spicy curries, So I tried this place today and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. I enjoyed the different types of mutton dishes served in my thali. I will recommend this to people who love mutton and chicken.

Amazing food, great service. All staff members were smiling and greeting nicely to make sure you are comfortable and attended fully. Both fish and chicken thali were amazing. Specially tambda pandhra tasa was delicious. Saurabh and Atul were really helpful and attentive. Overall had amazing time and will come back again.

It's a suitable spot for savoring Maharashtrian food. The staff displayed humility, and the ambiance was pleasant. The restaurant can accommodate approximately 45 - 50 patrons at a time. I opted for the Chicken Thali, but I didn't feel it offered good value for its price. One positive aspect was their their lack of concern about me sharing my thali with another person accompanying me. Acceptable to give it a shot once. Sharing their menu card as on 24/09/23 below.

One of the best places in Kothrud Pune for enjoying non vegetarian food recipes. Good food and great taste in vegetarian and non-vegetarian food served. It's advisable to book in advance to avoid rush during peak hours. Opens at 11.00am till 11.00pm night. You need to do street parking as per the days options. Difficult to find parking. Limited space in AC and non AC restaurant and also provides open sitting space in front of restaurant. Good place to enjoy your dining with family and friends.
