I don't do many reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with one of your workers, Isaiah. I had some simple questions, and he went above and beyond making sure I found what I was looking for, and even so far as to show me other items I hadn't even thought to look for but were in yhe same vain I was shopping for. Overall, it was an amazing experience start to finish. The store was impeccable and displays were on point. It honestly was fun just to walk around and look at things. Isaiah made it a great experience, and you can expect me to be back.

I dropped in to Pioneer Square and found this fun shop. The displays were engaging, the apparel and novelty gift items were so fun, and the employees were the best. It was so welcoming and the engagement, conversation and laughter was genuine. My day was brighter after leaving the shop with my purchases.

It's such a lovely store :) it has a great mix of cute/kawaii stuff, wiccan and tarot items, outdoorsy themed stuff and anything in between. Very eclectic but beautifully curated for that (completely unironic) quirky feel. There is a good range of products too: tshirts, wallets, jewellery, books, beauty stuff, clothes, fun items, bags etc.

So i went to this store with a friend to just browse and pass the time and the sales person came up, started talking with us and was absolutely amazing had incredible customer service and put a couple of rings for us on hold. I went back about 2-3 weeks later to pick up the rings and the salesperson that "helped" me didn't know anything about the store at all. She didn't know where those items were, even when i described the box and the name on them, told me they were probably at another store, basically acted like i was trying to send them to the back so i could rob the place. When it came time to be rung up, they didn't know how to place the transaction, couldn't get me the warranty info or anything and when i asked for a card to try and reach the other salesperson, said they didnt have business cards or anyway to contact a manger to help with anything. I tried asking questions and trying to figure out how to get the warranty on the ring and other important questions and was met with blank stares and a "im new here" how do you guys hire people to be ALONE in a store with no knowledge on how to do anything?? Cashing me out was a 5 minute process of mostly confusion and it's honestly concerning. The blonde person was absolutely amazing but the purple-haired person was honestly nightmarish
