This us a horrible store. The customer service is horrible and the food is worse. I am a vegetarian and I place an order and they sent me meat! I tried to calm and get it fixed and they told me I had the wrong store and call another store and talk to them. When I called back they would not answer the phone. Kindness goes a long way but not at this store!!!!!

I have had 2 experiences here, both drive through. The 1st I ordered in the lane and it was great. Server was cheerful, and fast. However, it was off peak hours. Today, I went at peak hours and I ordered in the app in anticipation of a long line. The server was polite, but seemed flustered. I think the mobile app order confused them. My order was not complete. I will go back, but next time will just order in the lane.

In my opinion, Tony Luke's has always been the best tasting cheesesteak. It may not be the biggest or have the most meat, but as far as taste, quality of meat and bread, I believe Tony Luke's is the best
