The service on the phone was good. In person customer service was fast and polite. The location looked pretty clean. That being said I was shocked by small amount of meat! The bread was straight flat together. Really sad about that. It had a maybe slightly better then average taste and wasn’t to salty but for that amount of meat should be half the price. Hope they can make a comeback and serve up a nice respectful amount of beef!

Got both a regular crust pizza and a gluten free crust pizza. Both crusts were disappointing. The regular was flat and too thin. The gluten free was gummy/undercooked. The sauce was way too sweet. They should really cut back on the sugar or I suggest adding carrots for natural, subtle sweetness instead.

I ordered a pizza sausage and extra cheese and again poppa johns puts more on there pizza, the pizza crust was like potatoes chips, and the $4.00 french fry was soggy and i get more in a large fry at McDonald's then that. This pizza cheese was warm so it did not even pull away from the slice, just falls off onto the plate. The prices are higher so i expect higher quality. The fries half full. I love the franzones in Bridgeport always hot, so cheesey omg, loads of toppings. They apologized but they said the topping were on there. Im sorry been eating franzones for 25 years. I know the quality of conshohocken and Bridgeport franzones. Bridgeport is 10 out of 10, conshohocken is 8 out of 10, and manayunk is like dominos! So please call your family in Bridgeport and conshohocken and ask what you can do to improve!

Ordered online via Grubhub at 5pm...I decide to call just before 7pm to find out where the heck my pizza was and was asked if I ordered online. I said yea. Was put on hold. Then hung up on. Then I called back and they said they were very busy and running behind on their deliveries. 7:20pm rolls around so I decided to contact Grubhub and the customer service associate tells me it says it was delivered....ummm, no it wasn't. I told her just to cancel my order and get a refund at that point. Sick of waiting several hours for one pizza. What would be our first time ordering Franzone's would ultimately be our last. What a pity.
