I live and work in the neighborhood, and go to 3J's very often. The sandwiches are delicious; my favorites are the Flame - a turkey pannini sandwich with avocado, cheese, spicy mayo, thin sliced green bell pepper and cheese, and the Ranch House - a refreshing cold roast beef sandwich with horseradish and cucumber. Ingredients are always very fresh.
They occasionally have a beef bulgolgi hot sandwich which is just incredible. The italian hoagies are also fantastic.
