&pizza - Upenn

I order from &Pizza quite often, the quality and flavor of their pizza is consistently good. My one issue is the fact that they skimp on certain toppings, e.g. broccoli. Both of the pictured pizzas were to have broccoli, if you look long and hard enough you maybe be able to find dusting of what may be shaved florets on it. It’s frustrating. Tip for &pizza staff: if you all don’t have enough of a particular topping, remove it from the options list, or order more of your popular toppings to ensure customer satisfaction.

My first time trying &pizza. Positives: pizzas taste really good. Negatives: One pizza came smaller than the other. Also, I did not receive text or email updates about my order as the website/my account said I would. Additionally, the screen in the store said my order was ready, and it wasn't. Finally, the "garlic knots" had barely any garlic in them, and were quite dry.

Generally I am not a big fan of pizza, but decided to try after a friend recommended it. The toppings and options for everything were incredible; definitely happy about ordering ahead of time - they had my order ready in less than 10 minutes! My pizza was hot, fresh, and one of the best I’ve had in this area. Fast service too! For not generally being a pizza fan, this honestly hit the spot!

I’m not sure if the staff working tonight was new and still learning , but this was my first time here and I honestly wouldn’t give it a one star, not only did I wait patiently for over 2 hours , I was than told my food was still not ready and it was now 20 minutes until closing , this is very inconsiderate, the staff had no care in the world, I wasn’t the only one waiting either there where several others, as a owner myself first impression are your last. Will not recommend.
