Golden Crust Pizza Iii

I was very disappointed with my order after arriving over two hours. My food was not hot, especially the fries (dried and hard). I understand that they're short staff. However, when I Called to let them know about my order, I expected more than an apology, or to be ask to bring the food back. That depletes the purpose of having your food delivered. I thought that a small credit would of been sufficient and more appropriate.

I’ve ordered here quite a few times. At one point the food was really good. The quality has gone downhill over the last year. I ordered about a week ago. We ordered a salad that never came. We also ordered a chicken tender and fries platter which had maybe 5 fries. My girlfriend and I planned to split the meal. So happy that we each had 2.5 fries to eat. As someone who has worked in hospitality for years - a little goes a long way. I will be eating elsewhere in East Falls from now on. Please don’t respond to this post saying that you’ve read my review and hope that I’ll give you another try.

Pizza quality has really dropped. I used to go here regularly for lunch. Today’s pizza had little taste and no personality. The dough was mealy and the ground beef had no taste. Color it pedestrian. I hope they get back to where they were. Also, the mask requirements they have posted all over the door apparently doesn’t apply to the employees. Cover your mouth and nose people.
