This was not a great experience at this McD first time giving 2 star… very disappointed with the service.. waited up-to 30-30 minutes 2 times.. no-one was listening.. not placing order.. at last messed-up with the payment.. and this happened twice .. but finally got my deal..

My food was correct and done in good time, I won’t complain. What I will complain about is there’s not enough engagement with guest asking if they need anything. Me along with 5 other polite guest we’re standing there just waiting for cups, orders, and missing things. Yet we couldn’t get an answer because other customers were barging in front and demanding milkshakes, sauces & food that wasn’t correct. Got my food within 6 minutes, waited for a damn cup for 25 minutes. It’s fast and cheap whenever i’m working but Id rather go spend 25 dollars at chipotle then enter this place again. Only 1 or 2 teen boys & a girl actually doing their job.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Rude, nasty, confrontational for absolutely no reason. Actually said "white people don't belong here" while I'm just getting a sandwich and fries.

THEY IGNORE PEOPLE !! HEADSETS AREN’T AN EXCUSE THEY IGNORED ME INSIDE OF THE STORE!!!!!!!!! FOR 20-25 MINUTES BEFORE TAKING MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER AGAIN!!!! Every time I try to write something about this place they try to hide and delete my reviews! like I said they’re extremely rude I sat and waited to be serviced for 30 to 35 minutes after being ignored after asking why I was ignored I receive not only terrible service but wet fries as well! and terrible cold food! One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And if you try to order it via Doordash, you will literally NEVER get your fries or your drink. This is more of a Doordash issue I guess, but I bet if I was in there ordering at the screen you wouldn't "forget" to put my fries in the bag smh

The lady in the front drive thru was hella rude, she rolled her eyes at my dad when we were ordering this evening, he was being nice to the worker but her attitude was not it 🤷 and it takes like 30-40 minutes to prepare the food.

Wassup with this place. It’s like it’s impossible to ever get the correct order. I’ve ordered food from here like 4 times and everytime I didn’t get what I ordered and got a complete different order. Better off going the extra distance down to the one down Oregon.

A decent McDonald's with plenty of seating both inside and outside. There is a drive-thru for convenience. It is located on the corner of Columbus Boulevard and Pier 70. It is in the same shopping center as Walmart, Famous Footwear, AC Moore and Old Navy. Home Depot is also there which with Walmart makes the traffic congested as you come and go.
