We've been going to this family-owned BR for many years and I love this place. My husband always get my birthday cake here, and they are great! I'm so glad they are here.

I had the best experience here. The older gentleman who serviced me was incredibly kind and understanding. He did his best to make sure I had a great experience. Truly amazing customer service and the ice-cream was delicious as well. I have been to many Baskin-Robbins and this is the first where I felt like the employee cared about my customer satisfaction. I highly recommend!!!!!

During this pandemic this ice cream shop only takes orders at the door and then the owner gets your ice cream order. They need to print a menu including prices that you can look at outside, otherwise you're just guessing. However, the ice cream is yummy is always.

Went in early Oct 2020. Due to covid, the store is closed to customers. They came to the door (with a mask on) took the order and the payment method, and came back with the ice cream and the receipt.
Quick service and I appreciated the safety measures!

Basking Robins has the best tasting ice cream out off all the ice cream chains I’ve been to. Their ice cream is creamy goodness!! I usually opt for the Chocolate chip cookie dough and Strawberry ice cream. Inside is nice clean and the ice cream sits in a glass window. They offer other things too such as ice cream cake, smoothies, milkshakes etc. Defiantly my place of choice if I’m feeling like I want some ice cream.

Great Ice cream spot with a solid selection of ice creams, sherbets and cakes!
They have my favorite flavor daiquiri and I haven’t been able to find this flavor anymore at like any location. I am quiet excited about this and will be coming back.
Very fast and polite service. It’s hard to spot though, you wouldn’t see from the street.

Service was kind and excellent, said they didn't have card scanner but could redeem gift cards and coupons with input, i accidentally got the wrong sundaes for a bogo deal but it was honored which i appreciated. The atmosphere could be improved.
