My husband and I have resided here for 2 1/2 years and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve lived here throughout the pandemic and have never felt our health or safety were compromised. We always know the standard of cleanliness is high and the staff is always quick to help and respond. Kate, April, Portia, and past concierges like Maurice and Maria are always so personable and helpful. Doug, Willfredo, Mustafa, and Henry ensure the facilities are always working perfectly and the kept clean. We hope to continue living here for years to come.

Moved into 777 South Broad in the last week of august. A huge changeover date. Tim (property manager) and Kate (concierge) had time slots very organize and were on site on a Saturday. The move in went smoother than expected. The apartment was very clean and well kept when we moved in. Tim followed up multiple times to see if our move was going well and if we needed anything. The apartment building is very well kept with thorough cleanings every morning. The lobby is beautiful with extra rooms to throw private parties or just go down for a quick game of pool. The roof top deck is great with a great view of center city, a TV, and plenty of lounge chairs and a bathroom. Would recommend this building to anyone.

Let me tell you, moving into an apartment with kids from a huge house is extremely scary but Kate, Will, Henry, Tim and the other staff has truly made our move in so smooth and welcoming. Everyone here is so kind & helpful. The only regret I have is not choosing this place as soon we toured it. I was looking for something else not realizing this was our new home all along. It’s a smaller building but with a diverse crowd of residents and yet everyone seems to love it here. And to whoever is cooking those delicious smelling meals, please invite us over already 😂.

We absolutely commend Anya Gajian on her new role as Community Manager. She definitely brings a positive atmosphere to our 777 community. Anya’s commitment to detail and thorough follow through is exactly what makes this a wonderful place to live. She always makes herself available and you never have to feel like you are interrupting her as you are ALWAYS her first priority. When you enter the building and say hello it always feels so good to hear those words”welcome home”!!!

What makes most things great or amazing is the experience you have. I have been here 5 days and the experience is amazing. The pre-leasing meeting, the follow ups, the professionalism, the meeting every expectation I have has been 5 stars all the way. The staff, especially Amazing Anya and Nate have been just fantastic along the way so far. Looking forward to an amazing journey here at 777! My only issue so far is the noise overhead. However, the community has a good neighbor policy and I have met the upstairs neighbors with the noise (it is just loud walking, can't hear other noise). They have been super nice and have tried to calm it down. It is not really their fault, it is just the building construction is wood and noise transfers. Have to update after being here a few weeks - the folks that run the building are AMAZING! Ready to jump in and help, super personable and friendly and the front 'desk' concierge are also super amazing and always willing to help when needed! You don't find this just anywhere.

My roommate and I moved in August 2018 in what felt like a “meant to be” series of events. We had been apartment hunting for weeks and felt very disappointed with our options. We walked in to 777 to see if anyone was available to give a tour. Fortunately, Brandon could show us a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. As soon as we walked in, my roommate and I looked at each other and we knew we were home. We signed the lease an hour later. The apartment is spacious with plenty of closet space. There’s plenty of light with the floor to ceiling windows. The staff and amenities also make the 777 feel like home. Brandon and everyone who works at 777 are super helpful and friendly. There’s a great roof deck and gym which we use all the time. The electronic key pads make access secure and much easier to accommodate guests. Our guests also love visiting us at 777! We just renewed our lease! We look forward to another great year at 777!

I moved into 777 S Broad a few months ago, and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Clean amenities, friendly and available concierge, and not to mention great looking apartments. Community is welcoming and the apartment portal is clean and simple. Would recommend to anyone looking for a move!
