Such a great place. I had the jerk chickpeas and they did not disappoint! Such a great place with a really chill atmosphere and kind people. 100% recommend.

This was my first time ordering food at the Cafe and it was fresh and seasoned perfectly for me. I had a platter with collard greens, brown rice with gravy and sweet potatoes and their filtered water. I loved everything and the outside seating is spacious and clean. I highly recommend this spot for food, knowledge and entertainment!

Very good food and fresh. My favorite is the Jerk Chicken, cabbage, and collard greens. The juices are good too. The staff was very friendly and nice. Easy parking.

The food was absolutely delicious. Customer service was prompt and professional. If you a taste for some vegan Caribbean influence this is the place. You must try the vegan duck medallions.

I love not only the food the service and the family oriented staff but the ambiance within the entire establishment. I've been going here for years and I am always welcomed with a heartfelt greeting no matter how busy they are.

I got the regular sized BBQ chicken platter with sweet potato and an okra/corn/tomato vegetable mix. Platter tasted very good but my only thing is that the texture of the bbq chicken didn't disguise quite like chicken. Still good though! But my fav.... let's get into it...it was the patty🥰....It was so good that I don't know if it was their take on a chicken or beef patty! I practically swallowed the thing whole. If you didn't tell me I wouldn't have detected it was vegan. Taste, texture, everything about the patty was on point! Will definitely get the patty again...like 5 of dem... and I try a new platter!

One door closes and another one opens!!! We planned on going to the vegan restaurant down the street but they were closed for the evening. Thank goodness for The Nile Cafe. Just 2 blocks and we were pleasantly surprised. The food is very good and satisfying. Definitely try the Pattie! Delicious!!
My meal consisted of cabbage, sweet plantain and ‘bbq chicken’. Kind and friendly service.
