Del Frisco's Grille

Excellent food, even Gluten-Sensitive items marked by GS on the menu. Happy Hour menu from 4pm-6pm week nights. Service suffers slightly when crowded (especially during dinner time). The Shrimp Cocktail has 9 jumbo Shrimp with a Spicy Cocktail sauce. I had the Pork Chop, so tender and juicy with a nice sear along with Roasted Kale and chick peas. Sue had the Filet Burger (= amazing!) coupled with a side salad. Great location situated among the theaters on Broad Street. PLEASE FORGIVE ME! I sometimes forget to take photos prior to eating. Lol.

I ate a filet mignon, asparagus and dessert. My meal was perfectly cooked, seasoned well and had quality taste. Steak dishes are typically priced for a quality/semi-fine dining steakhouse. The menu also includes chicken and pork dishes that give the menu a wider variety of meat dishes. Interior ambiance was nice, modern, and spacious (without feeling stuffy). I would recommend but plan to spend an average of $50 per person

My visit to Del Frisco Grille was a mix of highs and lows, leading me to give it a solid four stars. Firstly, the food was decent, but not exceptional. I ordered the Heritage Pork Chunks, which unfortunately were a bit overcooked. Secondly, there was a noticeable delay in the arrival of both the sides and the main courses, which slightly marred the dining experience. On the bright side, the cocktail I tried, the Blue Smoked Manhattan, was outstanding. It was a highlight of the meal and definitely a must-try for anyone visiting. However, it's worth noting that the prices at Del Frisco Grille are on the higher side, which is a bit of a letdown considering the food quality isn't top-notch. While the atmosphere and service were good, the value for money aspect could be improved.

In all fairness we attended a Caymus wine tasting with a preset menu which attended by approx 75 people so the steak that was served wasn't as great as I expected. It started with a salad, scallop appetizer, 2 sticky ribs (my favorite) steak over mashed potatoes and a mini fruit tart with Caymus wines complementing each course.

We had dinner tonight at Del Frisco’s Grille before seeing The Lion King at the Academy of Music. The atmosphere was great. The best way I can describe it is a chill but upscale vibe. The service was great and our waitress Leah made some menu recommendations and answered all of our questions. We ordered Cheesesteak Egg rolls as an appetizer and they were delicious. They are fresh made on site and came out quickly. My wife ordered the Filet Burger and I ordered the Cheeseburger. Both burgers were cooked perfectly and were wonderfully delicious. I always love getting a good burger at a steakhouse. Fries were great and what you’d expect from a great steakhouse. Overall great dinner. We will be back.

I came in with low expectation. But this place delivered. Food: EXCELLENT. Really good bar food. We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered - flat bread, wings, and tacos. The Happy Hour menu was good and was a good deal. Drinks: EXCELLENT. We tried beers and multiple cocktails. Highly recommend the house cocktails. Service: N/A. You need to order at the bar if you are joining the Happy Hours. Overall: YES. I would definitely come back!
