Staff was friendly and personable which is very rare in Philly. Food was excellent and the cook staff was accommodating. We had some great convo about my Dinosaur Jr. t-shirt ;)

This was a nice spot I went too after I checked into the Westin, which was about two blocks over and a quick 5 minute walk. It was alittle hard to spot, no obvious signs but once you step in, its a nice pub feel. Basic in general splendor but the staff was wonderful and the Chicken taco wrap (on spinach wrap) was aaaaamazing!!! This place I will definitely come back too.

Just had such a wonderful experience at Wrap Shack! The service was exceptional, like clockwork! They had everything locked down and made sure you’re every need was catered too. If you come heee ask for Efrain or Kara. Best servers! Me and my boyfriend were so pleasantly surprised by this place. Highly recommend!

I haven’t actually been to this restaurant but my boyfriend went with a couple friends. After checking the credit card transaction, my boyfriend thought he was charged an extra $10. I called in and spoke to the manager, I believe his name was Michael, and he was very immediate and caring to the situation. After looking into the situation rather quickly, he was able to send me pictures of the receipt where my boyfriend wrote in what they charged (he had a few drinks that night). I really appreciated not being accused of trying to get over on them. The manager handled the situation perfectly and I would love to visit this place myself when I’m in Philly next!

Fantastic wrap!! I ordered the Sherri Special. Delicious lunch option, and very inexpensive for the area. There's also some pretty good beer on the menu. If you're in the area and looking for lunch spots, make sure Wrap Shack is on your list.

Decent bar atmosphere and food! A good spot for watching some sports, grabbing a beer, and eating decent bar food, particularly wraps. For the casual vibe it's going for, I thought wraps were on-par. Atmosphere: Multiple TV screens, generally pretty empty when I've been in the afternoon, so you can have audible conversations. Service can be a bit inattentive sometimes / you really have to flag down the waiters, but otherwise, they're friendly! Food: The Freeman has been our favorite wrap - the creamy ranch dressing works well with the chicken. Grilled pesto: chicken was a bit dry, would've tasted better with more sauce. Tater tots are cooked very well and crispy. Overall: 4 / 5; for that fact that it's a casual sports bar, pricing is decent and the food is good for what it is (especially tator tots, and specific wraps). Would come back for a casual lunch.

The staff were excellent and mastered customer service. They were there when I needed them but never bothersome. The food, however was subpar and disappointing. I ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap and it consisted of a thick, heavy wrap, lettuce, and dry chicken. If I were to return I would have to order something with sauce.

This spot has a dive feel but Tons of great options from wraps to salads. Great daily specials for both beer and food makes deciding from a comprehensive menu a lot easier. The staff takes good care of you and makes you feel at home.
