The food is amazing, this is one of the best Italian restaurant I have been to in Ottawa ! The service from the lady at the front and the male waiter was the top, honestly love this place. I’ve encountered a problem with the new waitress that was there for less than a week it took her soo long to being us our stuff but when i did a complaint the lady and the male waiter did everything they can to help our table, and I want to thank them again. I would strongly recommend this place

Capone’s provides great food in a warm and friendly environment. I have had many experiences here: all positive. The portion sizes are also generous and filling. Most recently, there was a miscommunication with my table’s order. However, staff were responsive and quick to rectify the mistake. I highly recommend this restaurant as a hidden little spot in Ottawa.

This place is a perfect place for a date night. it’s not too fancy but just fancy enough. Their food is amazing and the portions are huge, I had some to take home and enjoy :). I don’t know our waitresses name, but she was younger and blonde. She was super sweet and helpful. My order ended up being messed up but it was no one’s fault and a complete miscommunication (she misheard me) and the kitchen remade it instantly. She was super helpful and kind all night which I can always appreciate. The older woman who sat us was also super sweet! Overall an amazing vibe from this place and the food was amazing. Can definitely recommend the Vegetable pasta and bruschetta!! Can’t wait to come back here again!

Absolutely delicious Italian cuisine! Love the cozy intimate atmosphere... so easy to have a conversation!! No loud annoying music or screaming kids here!! Good selection of wine as well.. Second time that I've been here. First time was 8 years ago I had schnitzel and it was amazing. The good stuff: the interior Decor it's nice. It has its own feel it's classy with a low light ambience. The food pretty damn good. Actually excellent you're going to get good food no matter what you pick. Pastas and meat dishes are spot-on. Recommend the Saucy chicken dish the one that got sliced almonds. The sauce is to die for. Why four stars. Because a service was lacking. Bread came in at the same time as the food. Originally we were seated right by the front door with high traffic when there is tables around us that are empty and in warmer spots. Only came by once to see how everything was. After that pretty much left slone. Came by offering dessert menu and left. We were going to order dessert but they took so damn long to come in and check on us we just said decided to get the bill. And this is after they picked up our finished plates. Honestly we felt like we were being ignored but looking closely like the servers looked really tired... But that's still not fair to paying customers I'll be back Capone's but it might be a few years.
