The Works Craft Burgers & Beer

Went for an early dinner with my family today. Our burgers were pretty standard. I ended up getting an Obaiwan Kobe man's cave, which is similar to a burger I make at home. It was alright. My husband got the taste of heaven, he enjoyed it. The kids meals were likely good, but they focused on eating the fries, which were excellent. Just the perfect level of crispy and salty. Lots of skip the dishes orders were being picked up while we were there, which kept the waitress busy and our service a bit slow at times. But we were okay with it since she seemed to be the only one working at the time.

Lunch special review: $13 for a 4oz burger pre-selection combo is worth considering. Add an extra patty to satisfy an adult. Recommend Dead Ringer (beef brisket, onion ring and cheese) but there’s so many good choices, therefore worth revisiting. Service is good. Lacking in “gourmet” presentation but who really cares?

I had an amazing experience. The place has an awesome atmosphere. The vibe is soo cool. The customer service was fantastic. They listen and paid attention. The best customer service I have had so far. I order the Gettin’ piggy with it burger and my fiend ordered the impossible sexy burger. It was beyond our expectations. The server checked-in on us several times to make sure we are doing okay or need anything more. Salut to chefs and staff.

We have eaten here a few time now and like it. They have good food and great service, the restaurant has always been clean whenever we have gone to this location and the staff always helpful.. the food typically always arrives in a decent amount of time but with enough time to enjoy an entree between your main course/meal.. and dessert if you so choose. The washrooms have always been clean when we have gone. We have only encountered an issue one time and the staff very apologetically and quickly resolved our issue with a smile.. Overall a great location and place to eat..
