For a pub next to a premier inn, actually the food was really quite decent. It was nice and quiet and the staff were all friendly with us and the kids.

Stayed at the Premiere Inn and had drinks, Evening meal and Breakfast at the Fox Pond Pub. The food was excellent. We had the garlic mushrooms for starters which were lovely. I had the mixed grill for main which was perfectly cooked (the steaks were perfect too with no grissle!). The peas could of been boiled a bit longer as i'm fussy about my peas but they were still nice and edible 😊. Everything else was cooked to perfection so thank you chef! We also had the Full English breakfast the following day which was reasonably priced and all you can eat. Once again all very tasty products and the poached eggs were perfect too 👌. Staff were all friendly and even the other customers in the pub too. Great job - keep up the great service and Thank you for the lovely meals. Please pass our compliments onto the chef.

Stopped here in passing and wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. Food came out well presented and hot.

Went to this place on a whim.
We were greeted by friendly staff who were pretty quick and were busy too.
Couple of drinks and we ordered a chicken sharer as a main and a hunters chicken.
It arrived quite quickly it was all good value for money (money off with AA membership too) there was nothing wrong with any of it and would go again if in the area.

Amazing. Lewis the manager was super friendly and welcoming. The 2 girls working were also super nice. Couldn't ask for anything more. Many thanks! Will be visiting again and make sure Lewis gets his Xmas bonus!

Three of us had lunch here today, ordered drinks first which took a few minutes to arrive, food took a little longer, but was worth the wait. Delicious fajitas, and my companions enjoyed their meals too. We'll be back!

Visited today (Christmas day) and every thing was perfect. I’m vegan and a couple of the options weren’t fully vegan (my own error) and they swiftly adapted everything to make it vegan friendly. The food was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Worth the money and added to our Christmas Day
