I hate leaving negative reviews, but this play deserves a negative 5 stars. This Dunkin' always gets my order wrong through the drive through or mobile order. Ontop of that, the staff is always outrageously rude. I have never experienced anything like that at a dunkin. Mind you, I just moved here from Florida. So, that's a lot to say. I don't know why I kept going back and saying "maybe management made them change". Nope. Just go down the road to the walk in one in hingham and you'll be treated so much better.

If you like rude employees throwing attitude during your order and pick up, this is the location for you. Also would give 5 stars to this location if you enjoy receiving an attitude and the wrong order 90% of the time. I would rather drag my toddlers out of the car and go to the walk in location down the street than go through this drive thru again.

Love this dunkies, I love the butter pecan sundae iced latte. I wish they would make the butter pecan syrup all year round instead of just in the summer.

Go there every morning, everyone there is great even when there is a 20 car line through the parking lot.. I give them credit for keeping the line moving like they do

This location offers a double lane drive thru. Almost always they have one lane closed and run the drive thru extremely slow and inefficient. One of the worst locations around. Travel a mile in any direction and use another store.
