I came here pre-Covid but I am still bitter and decided to post anyway. The restaurant is overpriced and low quality. I had a pasta dish and I could have made better pasta from a box at home. The pasta was clearly store bought and not home made, and unfortunately not even good store bought pasta. I don't know how this restaurant stays open or has such good reviews since there is so many better Italian restaurants in NYC. I saw a post about a change of ownership and that seems to be the only possible explanation.

Had a wonderful meal recently with some friends at Pinocchio. We had Chicken Parmigiana w/side of pasta, seafood risotto, and many more. Tiramisu was so indulging. The service staff were friendly, and made an effort to accommodate us. They have also good wine list to stimulate your taste buds.

Not impressed in the slightest. Came here for dinner because we saw good reviews but we were sorely disappointed. The restaurant was almost empty but the service was still slow. The two of us ordered pasta dishes and the pasta tasted and looked like Barilla bought from a store in a box.The prices were way too high for the quality of the food. The server was nice but also inattentive. Overall, never going back.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly service and amazing food. I've been here a few times and never disappointed. The owner provides the best wine and food recommendations and everything is fresh. Perfect for date night.

What a fantastic place to eat and socialize. The staff are excellent and the food is even better! I went there with my wife the day we got married and they offered us congratulations and we're very generous with us. They have won over two customers for life!! Thanks for making my wife and myselfs special day even better!! Ada and Paul, you guys are awesome!
