I was at Il Pesce yesterday. I liked thar they had tables available, we’re in a hurry. I had the Tagliata di Manzo, which was a mall cut of stake. It was good to be honest but the size was dissapointing, for a 6 food guy it was like an entree. In my opinion it was too expensive. Laurita the waiter treat us very nice though.

The food is pretty good but their instructions are really confusing. Their signs say to seat yourself but they really mean to get online and wait for someone to seat you. We sat down, as the sign in the picture says but then they made us get up and get on line just so they could put us in the same seats as before ... but I did like my squid ink chitarra though and the wine recommendation by the waiter was great. So if you're going to come here, make sure you don't seat yourself...

Was very excited to try Il Pesce inside Eataly market today but was fairly disappointed. Calamari was very fresh, texture was great but overall tasted very bland and the batter used was not good quality considering how high quality the calamari itself was. I also got a stomach ache immediately after eating it (and no I don't have food allergies). The wine was good, service was alright. But overall I expected a lot better quality. They do have a very diverse seafood menu and I'm sure other items on their menu are much better but not sure I'll be returning.
***Update: got extremely sick last night and feel like this definitely contributed given my immediate stomach ache after eating them. Beware***

Slight above average quality, and ok overall, but not particularly well executed and not particularly warranted by price ($33), walk in no reservation (6/29/22).

I pointed a $8 glass of wine and waiter brought a $16. He did this with others. Pasta was chewy. Disappointed in whole experience. Was not planning on a $50 mediocre lunch.

Seating is first come first serve which is somewhat inconvenient. But once seated the waitress was very attentive.
Food/value is great. We had beets and salad (at $6 each), plus, trenette (basil pesto) and spicy pasta (don’t remember the name but it’s from the south category).
Will definitely go back!

Nice wine and seafood, but beware that both of their Seafood pastas don’t contain any visible seafood, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering those

Not sure what waiter the other reviewers had but my boyfriend and I got pretty polite/efficient service sitting at the bar. Taste was nice but not mind-blowing for the price. Crudo was shockingly small portioned, but we enjoyed the middle one (I think it was swordfish with fried capers). Burrata was yum (would recommend), broccoli rabe was fine (nothing special). Can't remember which fish we got for the main but it was well cooked.
