The bread they serve at the beginning is just amazing. It's light airy and warm. We ordered the crab beignets and it was so delicious ( a must try!). We also got the flounder, scallops and the salmon for main course and found everything to be tasty and delicious. The place is huge and the ambience is just lovely. Great for date nights, family meals and even for some celebratory dinners. Our waiter was very friendly and charming. The only reason I took one star off is because the service was a little slower than we expected ( even though it was not really crowded)

Food quality is very good. We especially love the dessert Buttermilk Panna Cotta. We give high score on the food but average score on the service from our waitress. The waitress seems not happy on her work and was lack of smile. We had dinner there for just one hour and she gave us the bill while we were still having our dessert. We were very polite and didn't demand anything and didn't ask for the bill. There were empty tables and no customers were waiting for seats. I hope it was just her and the service from other waiters/waitress is different.

A rating of three stars is best for this establishment. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Moxy Hotel. The establishment has a rather medium sized space with approximately 5-7 tables, several booths and seating for couples or singles. We waited over an hour to be seated when we were promised a 1/2 hour waiting time. We had to constantly check in with the hostess to make sure we weren’t forgotten since we never got a text when the table was ready. The waiter seem exhausted or not interested in serving us so typically the establishment would have received 4 stars but hospitality and service is paramount for a dining experience. We weren’t given the quality service we paid for. The 1/2 chicken cost more than the salmon and the ice cream was ridiculous and ill-prepared. The best dish was the sautéed spinach. The mac and cheese was watery and lacked flavor. The salmon was dry and overcooked and does not come with any sides. The chicken was tasteful but could be infused with more flavors to give it that zing. We spent over $120 for one app, two dishes, two small sides and two glasses of wine. Beautiful establishment but service could improve and the quality of the food. I hope to go back to try the scallops.

This restaurant is a must try. The flounder franchise was an absolute hit. The cocktail are delicious and the staff will make you feel welcome. If you're in the neighborhood or perhaps your looking for an after theater meal, Legasea is the place to try.

The food is absolutely amazing!! Seafood and steak was delicious! There was enough food for the four of us to share each others dish. Josh, our waiter, was very attentive. Next time I'm in NYC, I will definitely be back. My brother's recommendation was on point.

The food was fantastic, so delicious, and was unlike food at other restaurants. Their bread rolls are to die for. The spicy crab beignets are so delicious, can't wait to go back to have more. The calamari was perfect and fresh. The flounder francaise was perfectly cooked. Every bite was perfect. To top off the meal, we had two delicious drinks-- the foxy Moxy and another with cucumber which was delicious If you have a chance, come here, order seafood, enjoy!

Sat at the bar had a glass of wine and we had Oysters on the half shell and Tuna Tartar. Excellent! Bartender was nice and efficient. Very nice restaurant. Did not have dinner but the plates coming out look great.

Really cool spot. Came here for dinner on a Tuesday night and the place was fairly busy. We called ahead, so the wait was minimal. The device we received was good but not great. Drinks were reasonable for the Times Square / MSG area. It was loud though, so don’t expect quiet conversation. Food was also good but not great. I think mine maybe say for a few minutes before coming out because it had cooled a bit. All in all, a positive experience; just not sure it was compelling enough to go back given how many options are available nearby.
