Well I’m back with the reviews! I know I find my favorite seafood restaurant every month but this one is great I think is safe to safe is becoming my actual favorite!! The food portions are great , their garlic butter is my favorite!! Their oyster are big and fresh and are included in their happy hour menu. I would love to add a video , but I recommend it!

Was going to NYC for a show with friends this past Friday evening and were planning dinner beforehand. I previously visited The Boil on Waverly Ave lower Manhattan about a year ago and thought it was a great meetup spot to eat. Now being my 2nd visit I was surprised both times I found car parking on the street very close and free after 7pm. Entering the premises we were greeted very nicely and than verified our vaccinations. Our table was ready and we were seated right away and the server gave menus and took cocktail orders. The Boil had a fresh atmosphere as you were sitting outdoors along the waters edge down on the South Gulf Coast. The premise had nice lighting with high ceilings and very clean surroundings. We ordered our appetizers and fresh seafood boil entrees which came with various sauces; The Boil special sauce style which consists of combination of all, lemon pepper, Cajun and spice or butter garlic. The selection of appetizers we devoured were delicious crispy chicken wings, raw oyster’s, catfish basket and crab cake sliders. After stuffing our faces we were served our boil bags of crab claws, lobster, largest head-on shrimp, clams with your personal selected sauce of choice. I felt like I was already at the evenings show with a well done performance by the servers, food was magnificent and in all it was a very happy ending. Bravo to The Boil and staff and looking forward to returning soon! Thank you, I highly recommend this establishment for a real down to earth casual seafood restaurant .

Literally been here so many times now and every time it’s been amazing. We always order the queen combo with the boil special sauce and the garlic breads as a side and they are insanely good. Recently tried the papaya mango and it was so tasty as well! Also the server we had last time was so nice:)

Awesome restaurant, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was great, and the drinks were amazing. We made it to happy hour, buy one drink, get the other free. They only accept cash, and they have indoor and outdoor seating. I went on a Monday so it was not busy, very calm and nice. And trust me, the spicy option is definitely spicy. I would go there again.

Great service and food! Didn’t know what to order as it was my first time but the staff was super helpful and let me try a few things first! The crawfish and shrimp were so juicy, a taste sensation to be honest! Will be back for sure!

My first time here and I'm from Baton Rouge Louisiana. They don't fry fish in the south with regular flour. We use corn meal. It still had a good taste but not worth ordering the catfish basket with the 3 small little fishies and a ton of fries with a ton of seasoned salt on top of them. Make sure you bring plenty of cash; it's a cash only joint.
