Empire Steak House West

This was our first time dining with Empire Steakhouse. My family and I chose to have our Christmas dinner here while in New York. From the moment we walked in the customer service was exemplary. The entire meal was wonderful but the shining stars were the Prime Ribeye and the chocolate mousse cake. I have to mention Albert, the General manager. We noticed that he was on the dining room floor the entire time, interacting with customers and assisting the staff. Our own conversation and interaction with him was wonderful. He was very welcoming and personable while remaining professional. We will definitely return!

Although I haven't visited recently, I feel compelled to say that it is the best steak house that I've eaten in. It's always my choice of restaurants when my friends visit from a far and here in NY as well. The food is amazing and for the staff, words fail me. The service has always exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the Management for ensuring that the service provided is always next level.

Starting from the prompt last minute reservation i was able to make an hour before , down to the amazing hospitality. Welcoming staff from start to finish. The staff were very personable and congratulated me and my partner on our engagement from the offset. The steak was delicious and it fell apart, the waiter, Blerim, had a fantastic knowledge of the menu and knew what to recommend to personal taste. The general manager, Albert, was very friendly and introduced myself and offered two complimentary dessert wines to celebrate our engagement. The staff were very attentive and filled up our glasses when empty and served our side dishes for us. We will be rushing back Thank you!

Enjoyed the most euphoric porterhouse steak of my life here! Outstanding service from start to finish. Albert, who I assume was the manager, was absolutely brilliant - he came by our table twice to see how everything was and even surprised us with a beverage at the end. Just delightful all around! Highly recommend
