Closed ♤ After 40 years of patronizing. AND WITHOUT NOTICE. We are simply heartbroken. No better place for REAL prime rib and steaks. As fate had it, we enjoyed our last prime rib on our anniversary the day before they closed unannounced. The other canned version Palms pale in comparison. All our best to Gus and Humberto. Two of the finest in dining service ANYWHERE! It was a lifetime of joy each and every meal. Paul, Mimi and Nick ♡

Best Italian-American chicken parm because it's flattened and super cheesy. Only two seats at the bar. Great service and friendly staff. Cozy setting. More like a neighborhood restaurant than the other Palms. Expensive for the type of food being served, but worth it.

I’ve been coming here since I was a small child with my Dad, who has his caricature on the wall. After 30+ years I can say that they’ve maintained an excellent quality of food and service. Every time I’m in NYC, I make a point of visiting this restaurant. Simply an excellent meal, every time. Oh and Gus the GM is a hell of a guy!

I had not been here for some time but was not disappointed. The waiter was excellent and very happy to help in making portion size for one. I had the lobster which was 89$ for 3 pounds. It was delicious and worth every penny. The salad was good but the tomato was a bit soggy. The garlic bread was yummy. With wine and tip dinner was $160. Highly recommended

I was looking for a NYC experience related to food and found this place. You will submerged in a time travel through the cartoons that make the wall a living memories museum. Service is awesome!! Very upscale but cozy at the same time... About food, well... in this place I got, maybe the best salad that I ever eat 😁 and order a NYC steak topped with lobster... steak was amazing, lobster not so much. If you are around, this is a must

I was there last New Years Eve with a friend. Accommodations were easy, even though we called for reservations at the last minute. These people know how to make you feel comfortable. Service was great!!! We felt like we were served by some old friend or perhaps a family member. We enjoy our dinner which consisted on serf and turf and crab cakes. The best part:"Their Key lime pie is to kill for!" Our check was very reasonable. I will repeat my visit. Highly recommend it.!!!!

Recommended for atmosphere and good food! I'm glad we ate here. The whole place is decorated with pictures of people and feels intimate and characterful, the service and food was super. I had a very tasty and generously portioned grilled chicken breast sandwich with melted cheese and apple wood-smoked bacon and my brother a very juicy tender hamburger. Both were served with home fries. Fantastic!
