Did not disappoint! Our waiter, Mike, was the best. Great attitude. Great service. The food came out quicker than expected. The bus boy(man) was very attentive. Removing out plates as soon as we were done and checking if we needed a refill.
The Texas Bourbon burger 🍔 was very tasteful, juice, exquisite!
The buffalo wings were spicy and juicy as well.
The fries were perfectly crispy.
Shakes, were very good! No feeling like you gotta sheez right after.
BBQ Chicken Salad was alright. Too much tomatoes. But the chicken was very tender and delicious.
For those that care, your receipt comes with a gratuity fee already included.

Many restaurants were not open due to Christmas. We passed by this burger restaurant and sat at the bar. Delicious burgers. The counter burger is highly recommended. Old school burger not so special. The lady behind the bar was super sweet. Thanks for the great service Nicky.

Had the minis and half half sweet potatoe fries/fries. Very delish. I got to pomberry Lemonade. Refreshing. Too many people. Not enough restrooms. Only complaint. Great place. If you havent tried it , you should!

Great place to find burgers just how you want them. Salads too. So much choice and options with great tasting food throughout. You just have to visit!! Staff very helpful and attentive.

Food was delicious... staff was very friendly.. they didn't have coal at the time when I came and they got that coal for the hookah quick... i went earlier in the day but loved it non the less...would definitely go again

First, I tried this chain in Dublin. Saw it on the way to the hotel and had to have one of their burgers. I love the way they build them. I ordered the Bacon BBQ burger. My wife built her own. They treat great, and the customer service is excellent! I would highly recommend this location! I would also recommend the chain if you have a chance.

We came to The Counter because it wasn't as busy as surrounding restaurants. The service was quick and everyone was very courteous. Also, the food was very delicious. The burgers, fries, tater tots and milkshake were all extremely good and we would definitely recommend this place if you are near by.

Great place, close to Times Square and not that expensive. You can custom your burger. I ordered Turkey burger and my friend a chicken salad.

Visiting Times Square this is a great little spot to stop. Wife and I had a Breakfast burger, Chx Bacon Ranch and shared the loaded tots (sides are extra so best to share). Kids had Grilled Cheese Trifecta and custom burger then topped it off with Birthday cake shakes. Food was great! We all ate for $120 not bad for a NYC sit down in Times Square!

For me it is the best burger in the city. We tried different burger restaurants and ended up loving this place. The burgers on the menu are great, but you can create your own burger as well. Since you are allowed to add as many toppings as you like, the burgers become, really big, really fast. We loved the experience and the taste. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers.
