Have had B&J in Ithaca, NY. Wonderful crew there who allowed us testers and also suggested nice combinations. Here in Broadway, no testers, ended up choosing two similar flavors. Customer service could definitely use some improvement. Apart from this, the ice cream is amazing!!

The sunflower butter base is some of the BEST vegan ice cream I have ever had and the cookie dough with almond milk was fabulous.

Definitely a place I always stop it when I’m in the city. Wide variety of flavors, whether you are just getting a few scoops, a sundae, or a shake. Some of the best icecream I’ve ever had is here!

A very nice spot for some of your favorite Bens and Jerry ice cream flavors. Had the Sweet Cream and cookies and that flavor was absolutely delicious as a Spring treat! Other popular flavors maybe Cherry Garcia, Americone Dream, and the Tonight Dough. 🍦😋

The Ice Cream Is Great but the two female Staff here I encountered could've been much friendlier when I simply asked questions about why "Half Baked" my favorite flavor wasn't on the menu. However this won't hender me from buying your Ice Cream. I'll visit a different location next time. I've also tried Chunky Monkey, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and particularly Vanilla at this location. I'll post Ice Cream photos on the next review.

I saw someone passing by with a yummy looking waffle cone and eating ice cream. And that's it!!!!!! I had to find out where did it come from lol so we walked straight on the same street he came from and we found it , yaay. I knew Ben and Jerry's was there but didn't go in. But this time , at 10pm at night , I had to haha
It was busy at that time but well managed. They had two fridges for ice cream and nice flavours. They had 2 different flavors in coffee. And I had to get them both ♥️ so I got a nut waffle cone with two scoops of each coffee ice cream. My friend got Coffee and Butter pecans.
They scoped it nicely and have a spoon ( you definitely need that 😂)
I loved both coffee ice creams and butter pecan. It was yummy too. They were fresh and tasty. But , the nut cone I got tasted bit off. I guess it was the peanuts. As if they are old. I guess I'll never go for nutty ones again lol plus the cone tasted like eggy. Idk if they use eggs to make waffle cones?
Next time I'll get in cups and go back again haha

Got the Mini Vermonster with the following flavours: strawberry cheesecake, chocolate chip cookie dough, butter pecan, and milk & cookies. All the flavours are amazing!!!! It was huge and more than enough for 4 people to share 😁

Definitely a tourist spot, but really yummy ice cream. The staff was friendly and fast. The small ice cream cone is still 2 scoops of ice cream, so you we split it between two people. The 7 dollar price tag is on par with the Times Square location.
