The Pancake Parlour

As always an amazing dining experience at The Pancake Parlour. Marie did a great job serving us, thank you Marie. Fresh, delicious, and a large gluten free menu and there is a vegan menu too. Keep up the great work PP, have loved dining with you guys for as long as I can remember, from when you had the Frankston store in the 1980's-ish.

Located next to Hoyts, it’s extremely easy to find. Lovely ambiance and feels cozy to have a meal in there. Ordered takeaway, and it came nicely packaged. Pancakes are cooked to perfection, soft and fluffy too! 🥞 Would definitely come back for dining in next visit! Staff are very friendly, so it’s definitely worth a visit to this place when you are in Docklands.

Yesterday we dined here for breakfast. The place was rather busy (not full), so we decided to order via the app. We asked for water after 15 minutes of bring seated, then after being seated 45 minutes we started to be frustrated that neither food nor drink had arrived. The management was clearly busy and seemed to be holding the shift together, while waitstaff appeared disinterested on doing their jobs - walking slowly, clearing tables 2 glasses at a time, etc. The pancakes were lovely when they arrived, but we had our drinks take away as they still hadn't arrived when we had finished our meal.

We were seated pretty instantly, staff seemed nice enough. We waited 20 minutes, a staff member came up to us and asked if we were waiting for our drinks. We said, we’re still waiting to order! He responded with oh ok, then we watched him walk off, hang up his apron and go on break.. we waiting another 20 minutes no one bothered to serve us, so we got up and left. Such a shame, we had great nostalgic memories of pancake parlour and were so excited, just to be let down.
