First time trying this within Monash Campus. Quick service despite a large evening crowd which is a plus since we are hungry. Delicious and healthy. Cleanliness can be improved as tables are not cleaned.

The customer service was amazing today! I ordered a small cap coffee and after having my order ready, I happened to make a mess out of it
by accident and the barista (also the front desk attendant- named Chelsea I believe) handled it really cool and with smiley face. She also went through making one more for me. Super nice!

My burrito just had beef, rice and beans. The quesadilla literally just has a tiny bit of beef. Not even cheese.

I will never order from this place again.
Burrito bowl from Guzman is my favourite but my yesterday’s order from doordash ruined my mood.
It just tasted like beans n rice with chicken.
No seasonings.
I asked for extra Habanero salsa but there’s nothing. No sauce.
Also there no onions no cilantro as you can see. Can’t even see any cheese
Tasted bland.
Don’t make your food so expensive when you cant provide the exact quality for it.

Ordered off menulog today and this is what arrived. Barely any meat, dry, and repulsive. I’ve seen better looking dog food. Spent $18 on disgusting food and the clueless employees that work here couldn’t even get the simple order correct. Everyone steer clear of this store and do not order from here ever, much better gyg locations elsewhere.

Ordered a burrito with sauteed mushrooms. Food didn't take too long to be ready, but I was given the wrong size. Staff were understanding and quick to correct the mistake, and I'm glad to see vegetarian options on the menu. Overall a satisfactory experience

So disappointed. I went in store at your Clayton Restaurant to order as I find occasionally orders get wrong online.
I ordered my 4 year old a kids chicken burrito with just cheese and chicken, no rice. When I checked before leaving my bag was also missing my husband’s 3 x tacos. While I waited I asked if the burrito was just chicken and cheese, the lady insisted it was correct. Surprise surprise when I got home the burrito was full of rice and I had to make my son a another meal.
