We went at 5pm and there was already queue outside. 🤵🏻‍♂️Staff were professional and polite. There was literally only one staff at start so he was juggling taking orders, welcoming customer and bring order to table so more. After 30min or more, another staff came in so basically 2 front of house staffs for such a busy place. 🍱 Food was delicious and good portion for the price. Gyoza - Amazinggg 🤤 🥟 Takoyaki - delicious 😋 🐙 Black Tora ramen - burnt in taste ❌ I have had this ramen before and the taste in here not my preferable. But portion was good for $15.9 Hakata Gyoza Takinabe - Broth was sooo good plus the combination with Gyoza ummmmmm too good. It’s has very simple yet rich taste. We paired it with noodle but I think will taste good with bothe rice or noodle. Teriyaki Chicken Don - it tasted good but could be better.

It was okay. The gyudon could have used more seasoning as it was bland. We ordered an entree twice and the consistency was a bit off. The chips were better in the first serve and were very oily when we asked for another serving. We might come back to try the ramen, which they are more known for.

Waiting time to enter the restaurant was pretty quick, about 10mins. However, the food only arrived after 35mins due to a technical issue in the kitchen. The flavour of the soup was very tasty and not too salty. Service was good.

I had the midnight ramen! It was served with a stove. 🔥The staff instructed to let it cooked for 4 mins . I took out the noodle at about 1.5 mins and let the broth boil. Love my noodle Al dente. Great place for supper for night owls ! Broth is thick and flavourful. Too good that I emptied out the whole bowl of soup!! 😋 Delicious ! Worth the queue !

Love that this place is open late! Super popular ramen place and there’s always a line. Staff are super nice and friendly here. The ramen is one of the best! Really enjoyed it both for dinner and after a big night out. Very satisfying and tasty. Gyoza here is great too! 📷 Black Tora, Hakata Tonkotsu, Red Dragon, Tori Shoyu (added braised egg and extra noodles), Chicken Karaage, Salmon Carpaccio

Though there’s a line, we got our seats in less than 15 minutes (probably because we come in two person). Toro black: full-bodied soup! I’m worried about the pungent/gamy garlic aftertaste that I had in the past from other restaurants but this one was appetising and piquant. The noodles were cooked to the right hardness and really carries the flavour of the base. The ingredients however, unfortunately, was not palatable to my liking. The braised pork was a bit too dry. The marinated boiled eggs was good! I love the kikurage (black fungus), gives a hint of crisp to the overall bowl.

Foodwise ✔✔ midnight ramen only, good broth, overcooked ramen and gyoza $28.00. Chicken Karaage is more a chicken popcorn, deep fried $15.00. Wine ✔✔ very limited choice by the glass, and poorly poured at $10.00 cape pinot noir, best to, stick with their tap beer, Asahi $10.00. Venue ✔✔✔ can be loud near midnight, hard to speak and hear Service ✔✔✔✔ Would we go back? Most probably not.

Pretty good ramen place with a friendly service. We ordered 4 dishes and they were nice. The yakuza ramen's broth can be a bit more thick and salty but overall it's fine.
