I had a delightful experience at Pret a Manger in London Heathrow Airport! I was really craving an Iced Latte, but unfortunately, my card wasn't compatible. The fantastic staff member not only handled the situation with grace but also went above and beyond by offering me the Iced Latte for free. Their kindness and exceptional customer service made my day, and I couldn't be more grateful. Kudos to the team for turning a potential hiccup into a memorable and positive moment!

Consistent reliable and fast. Seating is good for 1-2 person, big family groups might need to find another place instead. Usually busy but the turnover is usually fast.

Many options for on the go meal and drinks. They have salads, cold sandwiches and hot sandwiches as well as other items. I had a hot croissant with cheese and meat and it was lovely. They have many juice options and a coffee bar. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place for a quick grab. Huge variety of freshly prepared sandwiches, baguettes, delicious croissant and superb organic coffee. The team also is energetic, helpful and welcoming- ready to serve you with a smile.
This store has a huge place to Dine in with flight information screens too. This Store accepts coffee subscriptions on all Barista made drinks. Would highly recommend this place to every one who is flying from Heathrow Terminal 2. This place is a must before you fly😋
