It’s just the trademark of degradation of services on international brands that anyone is least interested in taking any responsibility for the quality of the product Go to Uber They reply we can’t do anything Feedback to the restaurant and brand Go to the restaurant, they don’t reply Then try to get a response from the brand and they divert you back to Uber It’s a vicious cycle where nobody takes any responsibility A brand doesn’t take responsibility for its quality and taste A restaurant doesn’t reciprocate And the delivery agents just don’t care Who loses The customer Does anyone in your senior management knows This is what you said and do to customers

There are less customers than delivery riders. That's what telling you about atmosphere here. The service is so poor, food is uncleaned. Customers don’t get their proper priority, it's simply disgusting. I think it’s just misusing of a brand here. Think twice before you go there & being a victim of them.

One of the baddest experiences I received from this shop . Both till staffs ( girl ) non stop talking with their ugly Srilankan language & it’s so loud , seems like they are in their home . Sometimes kitchen staffs joined with them in same tone . Both girls have no intension for customer service. They just came for hourly wages & check the time what time they will finish it can easily say . My visited time was : 1 / 4 / 2022 11 :00 am
