Lovely customer service, interior and the fact that you can get a Groupon, is definitely an extra! Some mains are not as exciting or prepared at the same time, which for me takes off one star. But I will be going back,in general.

Beautiful interior decor. Large and spacious. Can get very busy. Very attentive, kind and helpful staff. Quick service. Good quality pizza and salads. Very child friendly. Will be back.

Very good option for Pizza in the centre of London. Classic, well loved British Pizza chain with locations all over the UK. Solid location in that it's just 2 minutes from Oxford Circus station and thus easily accessible. Summery atmosphere, with one patio door open at the front to let some air in. Fantastic pizza and sides, as always. We tried the desert for the first time and really enjoyed it. Price is a little expensive but you get a fair bit of value for your money! Highly recommended!

A very fancy looking Pizza Express, just across the BBC HQ, that has ample and spacious seating and a very nice bar area. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the pizzas are fresh and taste great - I had the Pollo ad Astra with added Nduja which was delicious. My only gripe was the coffee, which had a very strange taste to it and sort of made me feel a bit sick after but nonetheless it was a quick and good lunch.

Lovely staff and very accommodating with my toddler. Could put the buggy somewhere and he was given pens and an activity paper on arrival.
Food was good and drink excellent, company even better. Nice atmosphere.
There is a baby changing unit and the toilet was clean.

Solid option for pizza in London and the staff are always attentive and professional. This particular location leans towards a restaurant/bar atmosphere rather than straight up dining, but I can see how that can work. There's a mix a seating: traditional tables, low casual seats, and bar stools, all making it slightly different to Pizza Express elsewhere. But the food is still good and the additional cocktail choices seemed to be welcome by most clientele.
