Excellent food at a good price, always a treat when we go to the area. In our opinion a tastier choice then the better well known brands plus the traditional Filipino welcoming service with a smile. The chicken gravy is very tasty as is the crispy friend chicken to dip in it. The peach and mango pie is also our regular choice.

Is this my fav fried chicken ever? ITS TOUGH!! I also love popeyes but do think the Jolibee really is THE BEST I have rated this store 5* solely based on how good the food is by the way. To explain my experience let me paint a picture: Around 8pm on a Saturday event, I enter the already crowded store. There were no tables empty and a hustle and bustle around the tills with customers and staff alike. I ordered on the self ordering screens - which were super easy to use. The only think I would say is that it takes a little bit longer than KFC to get orders out. I would say I waited upwards of 20 minutes for my order which wasn’t super complicated or large - it just seemed the team were understaffed and dealing with issues with difficult customers as well as a flurry or Deliveroo orders along with making and packing the live orders in store. The Chickenjoy was DELICIOUS. I ordered the spicy one - dip it in the gravy and this totally blows KFC out of the water. There is actual flavour and actual spice here. Moist tender chicken with a crispy crust. - magical. The Spaghettijoy is another star from the menu. It’s slightly sweet with minced meat running through the sauce and also pieces of sausage as well. The flavour is balanced well with sweet, salty and tart from the tomato. Don’t forget to ask the team for a fork! 🍴 Don’t sleep on their deserts - The Peach Mango Pie is light years ahead of McDonald’s. Apple pie who??? Although a similar concept the filling was marvellous. That mango is ripe y’all! Other items I ordered which I think are OKAY: Spicy Chicken Burger - tasted great with a nice brioche bun. Was actually spicy and the lettuce provided a nice crunch. Mango coconut sundae: essentially a vanilla soft serve with a scoop of tinned mango and coconut shaving on top - it did hit the spot but was nothing to hit home for. Pineapple juice: tasted like Tropicana icl lol. Dropped points for service and atmosphere given they were so understaffed however the food made up for it. 10/10 100/100 definitely go and try the food speaks for itself!!

Nice piece of chicken, better than KFC in my opinion. The peach mango pie is unexpectedly good, however the spaghetti and sriracha chips were just average. It was very busy on a Thursday lunch, and the toilet wasn't very clean. I think I would take some Chicken Joy away when I crave some fried chicken.

Had to get the verbally attention of the cashier despite making eye contact and in the dedicated area. No desserts were available that day. Otherwise good is cooked to perfection

First time trying this place and was really excited to see what the hype was about. The chickenjoy was good, but the gravy really elevated it and was extremely flavourful working excellently with the protein. The peach mango pie was excellent with a tasty filling and crispy pastry shell. Finally, I had no idea what to expect of the yum burger but found a good patty with a great unique sauce that comes with it. Top quality meal and would definitely recommend.

This is the best Jollibee branch that I have been here in the UK. I find it more secure here and this place gives the pinoy vibe. Amazing crew. I recommend this place.

It's expected to be busy however they were pretty organised. Jollibee London has its own unique London taste definitely different from McDonald's and Burger King. Not the same taste as in the Philippines but still well worth the visit and I will return. In its own right Jollibee has created a new taste than that of the islands I have been to of Cebu and Boracay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my food. It was delicious and piping hot. I ordered quite a few items, and they were all very tasty, especially the peach and mango pie. On the down side which is no fault of Jollibees, a homeless or drug addict came into the restaurant and tried to take my friends piece of fried chicken was spoiled the experience just a little, overall one of my favourite fast food joints.

From best to worst: Mango (+peach?) pie: 10/10 - must get it Pineapple juice: 9/10 - more refreshing than regular soda options Chips: 8/10 - better than average french fries. Salted well. Gravy: 7.5/10 - you’ll need something to dip the chicken, and it works out. Spaghetti: 7.5/10 - interesting combination to have. I’d recomend to try. Chicken (non-spicy) tighs: 7/10 - it’s decent, but the coating isn’t the most flavourful. Chicken (non-spicy) drumstick: 6/10 - coating not very flavourful, and in the interior it felt like it could do 1 more minute of cooking. I deducted 1 star because ultimately is a chicken place and that’s what most meals probably have. I didn’t go crazy about it, but maybe I’d have liked the spicy one more. But, the pie & juice were amazing - would recommend at least trying those items.
