Exceptional service, went in 10 min before closing time and expected that they wouldn't take my order anymore. Instead I got the best Customer Service I have ever experienced in any Fast Food place. Pizza hot and delicious as always, their Icecream’s are also great!

This is definitely the best authentic Italian pizzeria in London. Their pizzas, pizza twists, ice cream, it’s all excellent. The quality of the food, ingredients and preparation is always top notch. They never disappointed me over maybe a 100 orders, not even once. By now I guess I must own a share of the place but it’s definitely worth it. Would highly recommend and would also order again when in mood for pizza. Thx guys.

The pizza is very good but whether it deserves the price tag is another question. Was particularly disappointed when I received a burnt Pizza and had no response when I replied to their request for feedback about their service. ...And to Basilico Crouch End's credit, shortly after posting my comment they contacted me directly to resolve the issue.

Best pizza in town that’s for sure. Worth every penny. The grom ice cream is definitely worth a try. And the delivery guy is really helpful polite and friendly. I appreciate the attention to special requests and notes. Would highly recommend
