Great selection of cookies, even late night! Rich dough with big morsels of mixins. Opted for the peanut milk chocolate and it was excellent!

Got a tin of four cookies to take back to Scotland with me for my family. Even after a full day in the tin they were still soft and delicious; practically fresh! Tasted amazing and the whole family loved them. The shop itself was nice and welcoming and clean, staff were friendly even as it was coming up to closing time. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful cookies at this branch. I was delighted to have a pleasant snack at this Ben’s cookies. The cookies were succulent, soft and flavourful without being too sweet. My eye was taken by the cookie monster: the triple chocolate chunk with vanilla ice cream is a must try.
On another note, they were short on vanilla but they fought hard to get me my vanilla scoop, the staff is wonderful and smiles, definitely a great experience. I would also like to add that i appreciate the bilingual staff which is a very nice touch to this place, making it more welcoming for tourists as well.

My new favourite Bens Cookies location - and not just because of the cookies! The staff are lovely, attentive and kind, especially the two lovely ladies who worked there on Tuesday evening, they made me smile and are definitely a shining example of how customer service should be! Thank you

A very tasty and good quality fresh cookie. It was very nice. I wanted the option to have my cookie with ice cream, but they had ran out of ice cream. I instead had my cookie with hot chocolate which was very good.

Amazing cookies, tasty, very soft and wet. Be careful because some of the popular ones (milk chocolate for instance) get sold out quickly in the day and nothing is left in the night !
The shop is small but there are some tables to sit and enjoy your cookie(s) directly there. It seems they make it onsite too, at least they assemble and cook them onsite.
