Stopped to pick up a donut for my daughter, I couldn't find a bag and a pleasant member of staff (didn't get his name) stepped in and helped us despite it being busy. Good service, donut was nice too

This review is for the Krispy Kreme at Waterloo train station. About 5 years ago When I was a kid I really wanted to try a Krispy Kreme donut but there wasn’t any shops near me that sold them. So when I went to London for a short trip with my mum my plan was to get a Krispy Kreme donut. However we went the whole trip without finding one until the last day when we was at the train station about to go home we spotted one, however the guy who was running the shop was closing up and about to shut the shop. I was quite sad when I saw that it was shut and I think the employer saw that. I didn’t make any fuss and was about to go back to where my mum sitting but the employer saw that I was disheartened and offered me a donut. He took the time to turn the lights back on and grab me a donut, I was shocked. Brilliant customer service. That act of kindness has gave me a never ending respect for Krispy Kreme. And now that one has opened in Norwich near where I live I visit regularly.
