Frankie & Benny's

Nice food, great staff.... Finding somewhere cheap & cheerful to eat in London can be difficult if you don't know your way around, it can be near on impossible if you need to be able to park nearby, and need somewhere that includes Gluten Free options on their menu. We were lucky enough to find this branch of Frankie & Benny's - parking right at their front door, and a good selection of Gluten Free options. While we were in the area we came here two days for breakfasts, and another day for dinner - all the meals were exactly what you would expect, and all served promptly. On all three occasions we were lucky enough to be served by "Mel", and she was brilliant - always smiling, knowledgeable about allergens, cheerful, and professional, whether she was taking our orders, bringing our food, or checking everything was okay. I'm not sure what they pay her, but I don't think it'll be enough - she made eating there a simple fuss free pleasure, and was one of the main reasons we went back!

The service was 20/20 this lady named Mel always makes us feel so welcome and provides the best service. She works so fast always with a smile on her face so polite nothing to small is a issue it feels like your In the company of her home the way she makes you feel. Today was one of the hottest days and she didn't stop asking if we were okay and if she could get us anything. We come here truly for the great service from her and the great quality of food provided. Always leave full and happy 😊 xx

I had an amazing waitress called Mel who looked after us the entire time we were there, she was so attentive and professional! We really enjoyed our delicious vegan hot dogs and my apple crumble was second to none, absolutely lovely. All food was clearly freshly cooked and had a great flavour. I haven't been impressed with the service at Frankie and Benny's in the past unfortunately and have avoided it for a long time. Clearly new management have been recruiting the RIGHT types of people this time and have changed up the food. Very impressed and will definitely be back!

Live quite local so always a good place to go during the day for lunch for us. Good food, friendly staff. Always very accommodating of space needed for our pram for our baby. Decor inside is quite dated but that’s the same with all the restaurants in the chain. Varied menu. Good value breakfast and made very fresh

Overall a very good experience. However, it is a bit on the pricey side. We ordered a New York XL pizza last time I was there. I am not sure what the XL was referring to, but the size of the pizza it was definitely not. Maybe they meant the taste of the pizza, which was most definitely XL size tasty. I have been to this place more than a couple of times, and it always has a nice vibe, quite full most of the times and the toilets are also very clean. Service has always been good, so yeah, it is a nice place to be in.
