Amazing food and warmth on a cold day. I almost fell over when I saw the price of the Full English breakfast but boy was it tasty and plentiful. Great coffee too! £10.50 for a full English but other cheaper alternatives are available such as sandwiches etc from between £4 and £7 ish. Just opposite Kensal Rise Overhround station. Next door to Costa (so you could defect there but you won’t get the same type of lovely breakfast). Only awarded four stars could it’s so expensive. I paid about £14 for one coffee and breakfast. I’ll have to lie low now until pay day lol.

They are aiming for a hipster crowd. The food is good. They have put a lot of time and thought into an appealing young and fresh décor. But as some others have mentioned the prices match what they need to return for that investment. That being said if you are looking to meet up with friend and not just enjoy a quick stop for a bite to eat this is the place for you.

Fantastic restaurant, easy going atmosphere, staff are very attentive, food is amazing to say the least. I had the meat sampler which has abit of everything, fave thing is the beef ribs hmmmmmmm. Also Macaroni is to die for :) lovely cocktails and milkshakes too. Also offer a great kids menu which my son fully enjoyed as well. Defo worth a visit

I went there last friday and to make sure we got a taste of everything, as it was our first time, I wanted to get a good balanced sense of it all we got the mixed tasting platter, the beef brisket was out of this world, it melted like butter, the pork ribs were equally buttery, juicy and very nice tasting too, the chicken was like I have never had, it melted in my mouth too, how do they make all this soft meat, yet juicy, not dry!? I have never managed this well. The pulled pork was nice, but I am not a fan of pulled pork, so I won't say it was bad because it wasn't at all. The pickles were delicious, crispy and refreshing, we also ordered the macaroni cheese which was nice, the chips nice too, the chicken wings were not bad, I liked the celery and blue cheese dip, nice and not too blue cheesy, and I forgot to say though in the platter we also got the sausage, it was nice tasting, but I noticed that two people said the sausage was the best thing, which I don't know if this was a one off but the sausage was ridiculously salty, and even then, in my mind noway the best thing, I think from all that was on our table, the brisket then pork rib and chicken were the best. I can't wait to go back again, try what we haven't yet tried, then keep coming back for our favourites, I am so glad this place is just up the road from me. Ooh and the beer and milkshakes were delicious too! We didn't have any room for desert, and even then had to have a take away :) The only thing missing is a proper burger, I am a smoked, slow cooked, burger nut and this place is a a special one and bears no comparison to the vastly inferior Bodeans! Bodeans bosses will be coming here to see how it's done. Thank you, ooh yeah the home made sauces, I loved them all too!
