Booked a table for Saturday morning. Could use the play area for 1.5hours for £3 per child. They could be left and were supervised. Locked gate to stop them escaping. Great food, nice staff. My only complaint would be the time limit on the play area - there were only a couple of other children in there when we had to leave it, even though we were still using our table. It would be better tho have a limit i.e. if there are over 6 children then you leave after the time limit.

Staff frindly càfe restaurant that caters for young children and adults with play area attached. Tried the soup of the day only which was tasty. Good place for families with young children. Seating is available outside.

Excellent experience, story times which are priced at £6.50 are executed wonderfully, the performances are very entertaining for adults and children alike. Great family atmosphere. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly particularly a dark haired lady who was lovely and empathetic despite the busy rush, as well as the gentleman Sam who performed story time. However one of the staff (Italian i believe) appeared very preoccupied with her phone and made unnecessary comments about customers. The restaurant was chilly so bring a jumper! The meals were of a high standard and reasonably priced. Great coffee. Would definitely recommend to mums with 1- 3 year old children !

Very friendly staff, nice playing area. Kids had a lot of fun. A bit overpriced, but given the customer service and atmosphere, definitely worth paying. Would definitely recommend visiting with your child.

It's a lovely children friendly place. The staff is truly amazing. Thier cakes are ridiculously good, however the breakfast was rather disappointing: tiny and expensive. Will be coming again but for main meals mostly.

Had to have a meeting and a few of us have children, stumbled upon this gem and to say we loved it, was an understanding. Yes it is a small soft play, but where else can you leave your children unattended whilst eating your meal in peace for £3.50? Food was well made and clearly homemade. Everything about this place spoke of consideration for a child, down to stool in a help your little one wash their hands. Will be back

I love this place, what an awesome set-up for a cafe! Sadly I live nowhere nearby, but I would kill for something like this near my house. If you've not been yet, the premise is simple - proper childcare facilities attached to a nice cafe. Parents are happy, children are happy, everyone has a great time!

Great for families and little ones in particular. Nice soft-play area and staff area really friendly and attentive. Kids menu is good and the adults menu is quite nice too - see what specials they have on the day. Worth booking, or at least calling to check availability as the venue does get booked for kids parties.

I attend Bertie and Boo regularly with my 18 month old and absolutely love it. It is a great place to just have a sit down and a cup of coffee whilst my daughter plays in the playroom space. I am looking forward to her hitting 2 when they can stay there supervised by the playworker and I can go sit in the cafe.

Nice coffee shop & restaurant. It's in the heart of Nappy Valley which is the home of the middle+ class British families. So this place is priced for them. But the food is nice. I really like the playing area from 2 years they look after your child so you can relax and eat your food with your adult company in peace. Employees are nice except one blond girl in the bar. I invited my friend here who has a baby. We had a great time.
