Amazing coffee, delicious ‘salad buffet lunch’ (generous portions) that changes daily. It’s not often you can say you get value for money in London but with the quality and portions you won’t find better value in the area. The staff are very friendly as well. I’ve had no internet for a week so spent a lot of time working here and they were so accommodating and there was even a quiet room in the back with charger access. I don’t have a bad word to say about this spot…. Just wish I’d discovered it sooner! Only took me 3 years 😂

I used this cafe to have a meeting with a staff member. It was cosy, comfortable and the staff were delightful. Coffee was good and it smelt divine! The decor is great and the Live record player is fabulous; they play a good mix of music which is refreshing, no annoying radio adverts! Will lunch there on my next trip to Camberwell. Thank you to the staff for looking after us! Would add more stars if possible.

I came to know Mono cafe by attending an upcoming artist's private viewing, one of these lovely evenings. I entered a warm hospitable place with lovely people. The atmosphere felt like summer, it was light and colourful with stunning boufet and drinks. I highly recommend this space as it can be full of wonderful surprises.

We already posted our review a year ago as we are regular at Mono. It happens to know the owner by now - he is always smiled, a massive dog lover – our Daisy adores him, she gets a treat every time he is around. It is so sad to read all the fake and untrue reviews posted by dishonest people – perhaps the angry staff he had to say ‘good bye’ because of many fair reasons – catching them stealing money or behaving unprofessionally. It is so obvious that all this is a made up story especially with nowadays recruitment crisis – if the manager disrespects his employees as these ‘people’ below are mentioning – they will quit and find another job easily, which is not the case. Mono is one of the best place in Camberwell to have lunch and maybe one of the best coffee you can find in town, and if you have a dog – bring it there and we guarantee - you will be back for good. Our old review from last year: Love all about this small coffee shop! Healthy delicious food, aromatic coffee and cakes, good choice of music and dog friendly 🐶. Staff are always smiled and happy. Our Saturday best place to be.
