I work in the mall so I go to this Tim’s ALOT. Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual, or sometimes my order is a little wrong, but we’re all humans and I totally understand when it happens. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help me out when I need it. Whenever I’ve had an issue with my order, they’ve always done what they could to make it right. I’m very thankful to have a reliable coffee shop near me who always brightens my day. To the staff at Tim Hortons Masonville, you guys are the best!! Don’t let anyone bring you down today.

I go here every time I work for the past year. I don’t usually write reviews on google but today this younger black lady was working whom I’ve never seen before. She spoke clear, had a great attitude, explained the survey and seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job and co-workers. It’s a Tim’s. you can’t go wrong with a double double. They have limited the seating in the food court but you can eventually find a table. ☕️👍☺️

Quick service and nice staff. Coffee is always as good as any Timmy's. In food court area of the mall, convenient.

There is one employee here that iv noticed now that has the best customer service skills iv seen anywhere in the london area. Easily handling two tills pumping out this line of 10 or more people in an amazing amount of time. Iv come here a few times transfering for my bus so its nice to see someone as good as Joshua working.
