First time trying Firehouse Subs. Two things, 1: it's not cheap! 2: it's the best meatball sub I've ever had from any sandwich place.
They lose a star for forgetting the pickle in my wife's order we got for take out.

I had a delightful time at firehouse this week! I picked up some subs for my sons baseball team, and the red-haired girl at the store was great at understanding our complicated order, which other fast food chains never can! The store was super clean and the staffs energy was great. I will definitely be back!

Subs are fine but they were not understanding what exactly I wanted. After 5 minutes they told me understood and made a sub but was wrong. Thankfully it tested well so I will suggest to be very clear while ordering

Great subs but the staff at this location are miserable. Can hardly greet you and don't expect any smiles at all. I worked at Mr sub in high school and that would have been considered unacceptable. Pout on your own time, not work time!
