Cannot fault customer service. Staff are friendly and attentive. I don't know her name but the staff member with red hair is so lovely. She knows her donuts and her milkshake making skills are next to none. Donuts are made fresh to order and are delish! Especially the jam balls. Toasties are always made well. Will definitely be frequenting this shop.

One of the best donuts I had in Sydney. Their special hot cinnamon donuts with hot coffee during the winters is surely a must. Was here a couple of times. They surely know how to brew their coffee. Highly recommended.

A lovely spot for a quick coffee and bite to eat! And great customer service too! There is an employee with dyed red hair who strikes me as a particularly kind hearted soul. Always a pleasant experience here!

Great customer service. the cinnamon donuts are always fresh and hot and warm and often hot, perfect for my regular morning stop with a coffee and brilliant toasties. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something different to their regular cafe brunches, for a sweet touch.

I was served by a lovely young worker with the most amazing red hair and was treated with the upmost respect as a customer. Always the best place for a coffee and a donut (or two). Will be returning!

Excellent customer service, the lovely lady with the dyed hair never fails to brighten my day! All food and drink is always fresh and made to order, it has become my go-to coffee spot!!

On the 30th of December in the middle of a pandemic no less, a young girl (sans coloured hair) served donuts to a customer that had been sitting on the coffee machine in a paper bag (for God knows how long). She proceeded to take them out of the bag and SORT THROUGH AND COUNT THEM WITH HER GLOVE LESS HANDS!!! After handing them to a customer in a new bag, she continued to serve customers, handling cash and smoothing over and flicking her hair multiple times with her hands.
Please know that if someone asks you for fresh donuts, you make them, it costs you nothing and no extra time. You should be fined for breaching multiple health codes. Absolute disgrace.
